Karl & Sharon were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome and were really freindly. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the comfiest beds I have slept in. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel plus the wife who was ever so nice to all guests
Not much but the male's attitude was cold, at the beginning even cynical during reception. Didn't even bother to turn around and say goodbye as we were passing him, very much in contrast with his wife who was ever so cheerful and ready to help.

The hotel was just perfect, warm welcome, spotlessly clean, freshly cooked perfect breakfast, and Sharon and Carl are the loveliest people, nothing is too much trouble for them, they would do anything to make your stay with them homely and the happiest experience, and very reasonably priced. I would recommend that anyone wanting to go to Toquay, that they stay there. Getting a good nights sleep is important, and boy the beds were so comfy - I didn't really want to get up, but I didn't want to miss that gorgeous breakfast so I tore myself out of it. I hope to go back there soon.
Nothing to dislike everything was perfect
